Good-hearted people are able to think about the misfortunes of others in the middle of a lot of difficulties they themselves may be undergoing.

Let me give an example of this from long ago. Even after my father passed away, my father in law liked my family very much, and always stayed with my brother and mother when he came to Chennai.
